Known for his ruthlessness and intense rage, he was normally the last one standing at the end of a battle!

Prophet of Mercy: Mercy served as Philogist before becoming Hierarch, one of the highest authorities in the Covenant. He was present when the Oracle announced the Forerunners' connection with humanity and it was his promise to keep this secret that earned him one of only three high prophet positions.
