Hilltop Carl Grimes: Fully recovered from the head wound he received when Alexandria was overrun, Carl has grown up in the peaceful aftermath of the war, and has chosen to move to the hilltop to become a blacksmith's apprentice.

Hilltop Sophia: Sophia lost both of her parents early on, and was adopted by Maggie and Glenn. After Glenn's death, Maggie moved Sophia to the hilltop colony. Although they were once friends, she has not seen Carl in a long time.
